ANALISA IMPLEMENTASI PERUBAHAN PEMBELAJARAN DARING KE LURING PASCA PANDEMI DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of students facing changes in offline learning from a psychological perspective and learning achievement.

The research method used is qualitative. the research was conducted at MTs Al Hidayah Jember with a research time of approximately one year consisting of the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. The research data source used the purposive sampling method. sources of research data namely students and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity uses four criteria, namely credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmatory. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions (verification).

The results of the study found that first, the implementation of changes in learning from online to offline can stabilize students' psychological development. Second, the implementation of changes from online to offline learning can increase student achievement.
