Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.


Author Guidelines


  1. Authors are requested to submit their paper electronically by using the online submission and review site ( This site will guide authors through the five step submission process.  Submissions that do not adhere to this procedure will not be considered for the review process.
  2. Since the journal uses a double-blind peer review system, it is essential that all author-identifying information ( author’s names, institutional affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author) be removed from the manuscript and that author information should only be provided in the title page.
  3. Authors are required to conform to the Author Guidelines if they want their manuscripts to be considered for publication.
  4. The manuscript submitted should not have already been published elsewhere, nor should they be submitted simultaneously to another journal. 
  5. The manuscript is original and is agreed to be scanned by a plagiarism checker. 
  6. The editorial team reserves the right to revise the style of writing with a note that it does not change the intent and quality of the article.


  1. The manuscript must be typed in Times New Roman Font size of 12 points in 1,5 line spaced on A4 paper, page margin for top, down, left and right is 1 inch.
  2. The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. The manuscript is in between 3,500 – 7,000 words, excluding the abstract and references.
  4. The title should be less than 12 words, capitalized, centered, with font size 14.
  5. Abstract should be between 150 and 250 words, followed by three to five keywords, separated by commas. The abstract should include information on the purpose of the research and/or research question, the methods, and results. 
  6. The manuscript consists of introduction, method, findings and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement (if necessary), and references.
  7. The introduction should consist of the background of the study, research contexts, literary review, and research objective presented in the forms of paragraphs, not pointers, with the proportion of 15-20% of the manuscript length.
  8. The method consists of description concerning the research design, data sources, data collection, and data analysis with the proportion of 10-15% of the total manuscript length.
  9. The findings and discussion section consist of description of the results of the data analysis and their meanings seen from current theories and references of the area addressed with the proportion of 40-60% from the total manuscript length.
  10. The conclusion section consists of the summary and/or restatement of the main findings.
  11. Use only horizontal lines for tables and put the table number and the title of the table on top of it.
  12. Every source cited in the manuscript should appear in the reference, and all sources appearing in the reference should be cited in the manuscript.
  13. The sources cited should at least 80% come from those published in the last 10 years and citations from journal should be at least 80% of the total references cited.
  14. All quotations and references in the manuscript follow the APA style.
  15. The author must guarantee the submitted article has maximum 25% of similirity check.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
