Hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Employee Engagement di PT X

Abstract


This This research aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT X, which consists of 75 employees. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The research instrument uses a scale of perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and employee engagement. The results of the major hypothesis obtained were 0.027 with a significance level of p of 0.061 (p <0.01). This indicates that there is no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement. The results of the first minor hypothesis test, the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables of perceived organizational support with employee engagement showed an rx1y coefficient of 0.092 with ap value of 0.216 (p> 0.05), this indicates that the value of the variables has no relationship between the two. The results of the second minor hypothesis test show that the correlation coefficient analysis of self-efficacy with employee engagement is 0.261 with a p value of 0.012 (p <0.05), self-efficacy has a significant relationship with employee engagement, so the hypothesis stating that there is a relationship between perceptions of organizational support and self-efficacyon employee engagement is rejected.


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan self efficacy terhadap employee engagement pada PT X yang berjumlah 75 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi, self efficacy, dan employee engagement. Hasil dari hipotesis mayor diperoleh sebesar 0.027 dengan taraf signifikansi p sebesar 0,061 (p<0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan self efficacy terhadap employee engagement. Hasil uji hipotesis minor pertama, analisis koefisien korelasi antar kedua variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan employee engagement menunjukkan koefiseisn rx1y sebesar 0.092 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,216 (p > 0,05), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai variabel tidak terdapat hubungan antarsa keduanya. Hasil uji hipotesis minor kedua menunjukkan analisis koefisien korelasi self efficacy dengan employee engagement sebesar 0.261 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,012 (p<0,05), self efficacy memiliki hubungan dengan employee engagement secara signifikan, sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan adanya hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan self efficacy terhadap employee engagement di tolak.
