PENGARUH MEDIA LAGU TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI SISWA KELAS XI SMK BINA MANDIRI 2 TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract


This research has a purpose to knowing whether there is an influence of song media on the ability to
write poetry in Bina Mandiri 2 Vocational School, when writing poetry. The aspects that are assessed
from the writings of students include elements of poetry building. The subjects taken in this study were
only one class, namely class XI OTKP 1. The instruments used in the study consisted of tests,
assessment rubrics and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried
out, it is known that the poetry writing skills of class XI OTKP 1 students at SMK Bina Mandiri 2 are
not very good, if you look at their pretest results, which are 57. After that, they are given treatment in
the form of media songs, their writing skills are tested. back. It can be seen that there is an increase
in the score on their posttest results to 78.00. Even though it has increased, the value is still not
satisfactory after being tested for significance. So it can be concluded that the influence of song media
on learning to write poetry is there, however, not too much The most frequent increase is in the
physical elements of poetry such as conformity to the theme and choice of words.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh media lagu terhadap kemampuan
menulis puisi di sekolah SMK Bina Mandiri 2, ketika menulis puisi. Adapun aspek-aspek yang dinilai
dari tulisan peserta didik meliputi unsur pembangun puisi. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini
hanya terdiri satu kelas saja yaitu kelas XI OTKP 1. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian
terdiri dari tes, rubrik penilaian dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah
dilakukan, diketahui bahwa, kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas XI OTKP 1 di sekolah SMK Bina
Mandiri 2 tidaklah terlalu bagus, jika melihat kepada hasil pretest mereka yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata
57. Setelah itu diberikan treatment berupa media lagu, kemampuan menulis mereka diuji kembali.
Dapat terlihat adanya peningkatan nilai pada hasil posttest rata-rata mereka menjadi 78,00. Meskipun
mengalami peningkatan, nilai tersebut masih belum memuaskan setelah diuji signifikansinya. Jadi
dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh media lagu terhadap pembelajaran menulis puisi itu ada namun,
tidaklah terlalu banyak. Peningkatan yang paling banyak terjadi yaitu terletak pada unsur fisik puisi
seperti kesesuaian dengan tema dan pilihan kata.
