Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi gibererin terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah (Arachis hypogea L.) dimana dilaksanakan di Desa Peganjaran Kecamatan Bae Kabupaten Kudus pada ketinggian 69,1 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAKL) yang terdiri dari empat taraf perlakuan konsentrasi giberelin (0 ppm (G0), 75 ppm (G1), 150 ppm (G2). 225ppm (G3) ketika dimana tiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali (blok sebagai ulangan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi giberelin pada analisa lanjut Uji jarak berganda Duncan (UJBD) level 5% berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong kosong dan isi, bobot brangkasan dan bobot 100 biji. Pada hasil menunjukkan bobot 100 biji sebesar 44,03 gram pada pemberian giberelin 225 ppm berbeda nyata dengan kontrol dengan bobot 40,39 gram. Tanaman kacang tanah merespon positif semua konsentrasi giberelin, hal ini menunjukkan aplikasi giberelin efektif pada pertumbuhan dan produktivitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gibberellin concentration on the growth and yield of peanuts (Arachis hypogea L.) which was carried out in Peganjaran Village, Bae District, Kudus Regency at an altitude of 69.1 meters above sea level (masl). This study used an experimental method based on a Completely Randomized Block Designed (CRBD) consisting of four levels of gibberellin concentration treatment (0 ppm (G0), 75 ppm (G1), 150 ppm (G2). 225ppm (G3) when each treatment was repeated 3 times (block as a test). The results showed that gibberellin concentration in the advanced analysis of Duncan's Multiple Range Test (UJBD) level of 5% had a significant effect on plant height parameters, the number of empty pods, stuffed pods, the weight of the stove and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that the weight of 100 seeds at 44.03 grams for treatment of gibberellin 225 ppm was significantly different from the control with a weight of 40.39 grams. Peanut plants respond positively to all gibberellin concentrations, this indicates the effective application of gibberellin on growth and productivity.
