Uji Reliabilitas dan Validitas Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 (DASS-21) pada Mahasiswa

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan uji validitas terhadap DASS-21 pada mahasiswa. Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 21 (DASS-21) adalah instrumen laporan diri yang mengukur kecemasan, depresi, dan stres. Validasi dilakukan pada sampel dari 109 orang mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling Universitas Pattimura. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DASS-21 dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen yang valid dan reliabel untuk pengukuran depresi, kecemasan dan stres pada mahasiswa. Skala depresi, kecemasan, dan stres menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang baik. Secara khusus, koefisien Cronbach alpha dengan skor 0,85, 0,84, dan 0,84, sedangkan koefisien Spearman-Brown dengan skor 0,84, 0,83, dan 0,85. Analisis faktor konfirmatori menunjukkan bahwa nilai CFI dan TLI lebih tinggi dari 0,90 dan nilai RMSEA dan SRMR kurang dari 0,08 dengan muatan faktor berkisar antara 0,49 – 0,75 dari setiap item DASS-21.
