Analisis Ketersediaan Infrastruktur dan Aksesbilitas di RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan aksesibilitas di RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung serta wawancara oleh peneliti dengan pihak dari rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah memiliki infrastruktur yang memadai, termasuk ruang operasi, ruang rawat inap, dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu kesulitan dalam penggunaan salah satu aplikasi yang membantu proses dirumah sakit karena belum terbiasanya menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, bahasa aplikasi yang berat dan beberapa faktor lainnya. Terkait aksesibilitas, seperti keterbatasan parkir dan kekurangan akses untuk penyandang disabilitas. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah dapat menemukan cara agar dapat mengatasi kesulitan dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dan meningkatkan fasilitas parkir dan memperhatikan aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pasien.
