Today's student life is inseparable from stress management problems. The triggers for the emergence of stress in students ranging from the number of coursework, family problems, social, economic, to problems caused by lifestyle. Unfortunately, this is not in line with increasing students' ability to manage stress so that it can trigger a domino effect in the future. The lack of ability to manage stress leads to various impulsive actions such as self-harm or even committing suicide as is happening a lot lately where the majority of the perpetrators are students. Such actions are not only detrimental to oneself but also to many parties. Therefore, this training is given to students with the aim that students can manage their stress better so that they can carry out their various tasks and roles optimally. The method used in this study used lectures to provide introductory material and continued with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy practice simulations. Comparison of the pre-post test results showed a significant increase in the numbers 0.542 and 0.849 while for the survey results the level of satisfaction of the participants showed 87% satisfied with the training activities. Meanwhile, the limitation of this study is that the time is quite short so that the implementation of the training is still not optimal enough. Based on these limitations, it is suggested that future researchers can consider the duration of the training.
