- Manuscript Submission
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through our online journal system (OJS). Manuscripts must align with the journal's Focus and Scope and adhere to the Author Guidelines. - Plagiarism and Similarity Check
Manuscripts should be free from plagiarism. Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection tools to check for similarity before submission. The editorial team will use Turnitin software to verify the manuscript’s similarity index. - Initial Review by the Editor-in-Chief (EIC)
The Editor-in-Chief (EIC) will assess whether the manuscript’s topic is suitable for publication in the journal. Manuscripts deemed appropriate will proceed to the editorial team for further processing. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal's focus will be rejected. - Manuscript Evaluation
The EIC will review provisionally accepted manuscripts to ensure they meet the journal’s requirements. This includes: - Adherence to Author Guidelines
- Correct formatting based on the journal's templates
- Appropriateness of references
- Originality (checked for plagiarism)
- Language accuracy
- Peer Review Process
Manuscripts meeting the journal’s standards will be sent for a double-blind peer review with at least two reviewers. If the manuscript does not meet the necessary criteria, it will be returned to the authors for revisions.
Reviewers will provide valuable feedback to improve the manuscript’s quality. Based on their feedback, the EIC will decide whether to: - Accept the manuscript without revisions
- Request minor revisions (the authors will need to submit the revised manuscript)
- Request major revisions (the manuscript will undergo re-evaluation by the reviewers)
- Reject the manuscript
Note: If major revisions are requested, the peer review process will restart with the revised manuscript.
