Focus and Scope

Jurnal Studi Manajemen & Bisnis (JSMB) is a journal published by the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muria Kudus. Published twice a year, every January and July, JSMB is a scientific journal that contains original research articles in the field of management, including marketing, finance, human resource, operational and strategic management. The journal aims to be a media for both students and lecturers in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muria Kudus to be able to publish their research works.

Peer Review Process

1. Plagiarism is a threat to scholarly publishing in general and to Jurnal Studi Manajemen & Bisnis in particular. The originality of the submitted work can be assured through plagiarism screening and rejection of suspected material. For maximum effectiveness, all articles submitted to JSMB shall be sent to a plagiarism detection process prior to submission using Turnitin with a maximum similiarity is 20%.
2. Send the manuscript to two (2) reviewers. This journal uses double-blind review system, therefore the author's identity must be completely removed. The peer review service level agreement is 4 weeks.
3. Reviewers may subject to change based on the availability and the area of expertise.

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Studi Manajemen & Bisnis (JSMB) is published regularly twice a year, every January and July.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides open access which in principle makes research freely available to the public and will support the largest global knowledge exchange.

Archiving
