Abstract


ABSTRACT

The influence of organizational support, commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance, with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) As Intervening Variables In the Department of Trade and Industry Pati. A sample of 125 employees. Instrument test using validity and reliability. Data analysis using SEM AMOS. Concluded that there is a significant positive influence of organizational support to the Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Trade and Industry pati. There is a significant positive influence of commitment to the Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency There is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency. There is a significant positive influence of organizational support on Employee Performance in the Department of Trade and Industry Of Pati Regency There is a significant positive influence on employee performance in the Office of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency. There is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on employee performance in the Department of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency. There is a significant positive influence of Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the Department of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency.

ABSTRAK

Pengaruh dukungan organisasi, komitmen, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perdagangan Dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 pegawai. Uji instrument menggunakan validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan SEM AMOS. Menyimpulkan bahwa Ada pengaruh positif signifikan dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati. Ada pengaruh positif signifikan komitmen terhadap Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati Ada pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati. Ada pengaruh positif signifikan dukungan organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati Ada pengaruh positif signifikan komitmen terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati. Ada pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati. Ada pengaruh positif signifikan Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati.
