Mar Fernandez Martin is a dedicated educator and researcher, he fosters language proficiency and academic excellence. A graduate of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology-Sumacab Campus, he is pursuing his master’s at Wesleyan University-Philippines. As an English teacher and Research Ethics Committee member at WCC, he integrates innovative teaching. He served as an Adviser of “The Chronicles” and an international research presenter. His research focuses on ASEAN language policies and innovation in education, earning accolades in education, journalism, and research. A participant in NEUST’s student exchange with Indonesia, he remains committed to educational development through research, leadership, and advocacy.
